Bulgogi

Serves 4

Ingredients:

Soy Sauce - 240 ml
Brown sugar - 130 g
1/2 onion
1 green onion
Sesame oil - 5 ml
Pepper - 10 g
Ribeye beef - 400 g
Sprite -100 ml
White mushrooms - 4 oz or 80 g

Marinate beef in 1/4 cup soda, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup soy sauce, and sprinkle with pepper. Chop green onion and toss in. Dash sesame oil over it. Put mushrooms in marinade.
Quickly fry with onions until done.
If the first piece doesn't taste right, adjust marinade and test again.
