Coconut Rice

Salt - 2 tsp - 12 g
Coconut Milk - 1250 ml
Coriander Powder - 0.5 tsp - 2 g
Lemongrass - 1 stem
Bay leaves - 2
Pandan Leaves - 2
Jasmine rice - 1kg

Boil coconut milk, coriander, Lemongrass, bay leaves, pandan leaves, and salt in a saucepan till it comes to a boil. Then add the washed rice. Mix over low heat until all liquid is absorbed by the rice. After that, steam again until cooked. Lift when rice is done, do not overcook!.
