Deep-fried Chicken with Green Onion Sauce

1lb Chicken Thigh
2 clove of Garlic
1 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Ginger Juice
1/2 cup flour

1 bunch Green Onion
5 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Vinegar (preferably balsamic vinegar)
3 tbsp Japanese Cooking Wine
2 tbsp Sesame Oil


1. Mix soy sauce, ginger juice, and garlic (beaten).
2. Marinate chicken thigh with the mix. Leave it for 15-20 min.
3. Dredge flour on chicken. Deep-fry until it becomes golden-brown color.
4. Cut it in bite size.
5. Serve topped with the sauce

1. Mince the green onion.
2. Fry the green onion with sesame oil (only 1 tbsp) until lightly cooked.
3. Put soy sauce, vinegar, and cooking wine. Bring it to boil.
4. Put the sauce in a container. Add the rest of sesame oil.
5. Cool it in the fridge for 20-30 min.
