I love food and I think it is the most important tool to build community.

Need a way to form a stronger relationship with somebody? Sit down and have a meal with them. Want to make a more intimate connection with someone? Cook them a meal.

Food teaches about culture too. A lot of cultures are formed around the food they had available at the time. The way food is presented and the traditions surrounding preparation and presentation of the food provide insights to culture as well.

Food is what I eat and it gives me energy.
