Hong Kong Style Western Fried Rice

NGREDIENTS
rice
egg
OPTIONAL: TOMATO (On sale at Cash & Carry) - diced
KETCHUP/SPAGHETTI SAUCE
Hot Dog Sausage (gou rou!) - sliced
onion - diced
salt
msg/chicken bouillon

1 cook the rice, and let cool, loosen and fluff up the rice
2 brown the onions
3 stir fry the sausage, remove from pan
4 scramble the eggs
5 add rice, salt, msg/chicken bouillon, stir fry until well mixed
6 cook thoroughly till heated through
7 add sausage, tomato, and spaghetti saue, stir fry until well mixed, dish up
