Korean Spicy Chicken

KOREAN SPICY CHICKEN

Serves 2

sugar 1tbsp - 18 g
Sake 2tbsp - 30 ml
soy sauce 2tbsp - 30 ml
minced garlic 1tbsp. - about 2 cloves
Chicken thigh - half pound - 240 g
ginger - 1tbsp - 25 g
Korean pepper paste 2 tbsp - 30 ml or 30 g
minced green onion 1tbsp-ish - 1/2 green onion
olive oil
Sesame oil - 5 ml

1.Cut and spread the chicken thin so that it can be marinated well in
pre-marinade for an hour.
2. Make the marinade, and marinate the chicken for 2 hours.
3. Stir fry the marinated chicken!
